For students preparing for the college experience, to campus leaders from community colleges to four year institutions, as a student and professional being affiliated with them all, I share my story to not only connect with you, but recognize who I was, and empower others to be the person they want to be. I break down how to tackle everyday problems to create a leadership style that embodies who you are, where together, we can create strong and passionate leadership culture, encouraging personal and professional growth starting much sooner then when students become graduates, but to admire the journey they are living today. Each of us can nail this question if we challenge ourselves and our community to discover who we are, college is an avenue to do that, and I can provide the steps to take advantage of the opportunities you have ahead of you each day!
